See how they prepare for their walks, the challenges they face and the decisions they make. Filmed in the Lake District and the Scottish Highlands, the skills and techniques shown are relevant to all Britain’s mountain areas. The film and accompanying technical chapters provide over two hours of expert information and advice, which is applicable to all hill walkers, whatever their level of experience.
