After her beloved younger sister, Reina, is gang-raped, Leona files a lawsuit against the perpetrators, Fujita and others. However, the case is dismissed and instead she is sued for defamation. In order to avenge Reina, who has become a virtual invalid, Leona is reborn as a hitman.
Leona, a female assassin, successfully completes an assassination request, but the police raid the scene. She narrowly escapes danger, discovers that the client is behind a massive organ trafficking ring, and uncovers the conspiracy.
